Single plantation coffee from Indonesia in the Kintamami region between the slopes of the Batur volcano between 1000 and 1500 meters a.s.l.
A single plantation coffee which comes from Indonesia and the Kintamani region, between the slopes of the Batur volcano between 1000 and 1500 m a.s.l.
After a major eruption in 1963, which destroyed most of the adjacent crops, the government and the authorities enable the regrowth of the plantations, mainly by providing the farmers agricultural material for the lands.
The volcanic and mineral-rich soil provides the plants with excellent nourishment which allow them to create a unique and distinctive taste.
Espresso preparation gives warm notes like spices, in particular from tobacco to pepper and nutmeg. The delicate acidity gives way to an overwhelming sweetness; remarkable is the density of the body and the persistence of the cream.
