{"id":1633,"date":"2018-01-24T11:31:43","date_gmt":"2018-01-24T10:31:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agust.it\/?p=1633"},"modified":"2018-02-06T11:34:18","modified_gmt":"2018-02-06T10:34:18","slug":"fabio-dotti-is-now-vice-italian-champion-of-cup-tasting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agust.it\/en\/fabio-dotti-is-now-vice-italian-champion-of-cup-tasting\/","title":{"rendered":"Fabio Dotti is now Vice Italian Champion of Cup Tasting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Tuesday the 23th of January 2018 took place during <strong>SIGEP<\/strong> the semifinal and the final of the <strong>Italian Cup Tasting Championship<\/strong>, organized by SIGEP with the collaboration of SCA Italy and valid for the World Cup Tasting Championship.<br \/>\nIn this competition the contenders had to prove their tasting abilities recognising different cups of Specialty Coffee. The goal was in fact to succeed in identifying, for 8 triplettes of coffee in cup, the cup containing a different coffee, using taste and sense of smell.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fabio Dotti, 21 years old boy from Brescia, Italian Espresso World Champion and Trainer at the Agust Coffee Academy<\/strong>, has been among the six competitors to have access to the final competition, recognizing 8 cups on 8 in 5 minutes and 15 seconds in the semifinal.<br \/>\nAn plein for Fabio also in the last round, where the result of 8\/8 in 2 minutes and 40 seconds has given him the emotion to climb on the platform another time, conquering the second place and title of Vice Italian Champion of Cup Tasting!<\/p>\n<p>Fabio comments the result \u201cI\u2019m satisfied for this fantastic result.
