The Nova coffee cooperative is responsible for the cultivation of coffee in the northern province of Rwanda.
\nIn particular, the area is rich in volcanic soil and surrounded by tropical biodiversity near Lake Muhazi.
\nThe place lends itself exceptionally for the cultivation of unique coffee and identity with harvests ranging from March to June.
\nThis coffee in particular is of the Red Bourbon variety, among the best in terms of quality when grown at altitudes above 1500 meters.
\nThe processing is natural, once harvested the ripe cherry is placed on african beds, in particular the drying phase is lengthened between three and four weeks to ensure an incredible sweetness and an excellent body to the coffee.
