In 1967, the three Vindas brothers buy the first hectares of land from a cattle farmer and continue to produce milk and cheese for the 1500 inhabitants of Palmichal. Two years later, Eduardo, Leonel and Gerardo began to grow the first coffee plants on the imposing slopes of the Tacuotarí mountains, where no one dared to think of growing coffee. The belief that volcanic soil combined with a relatively dry climate was ideal for growing coffee led them to try cultivating Caturra and Catuaí varieties, protecting rivers and preventing erosion of mountain boundaries.
This coffee has a Yellow Honey processing, after harvesting the ripe cherries, they are pulped and placed on raised beds to dry.
The final result will be a cup with a velvety body, finding sweetness linked to white chocolate and nougat along with a soft acidity that reminds of blackberry jam.
