The Nova coffee cooperative is responsible for the cultivation of coffee in the northern province of Rwanda. In particular, the area is rich in volcanic soil and surrounded by tropical biodiversity near Lake Muhazi. The place lends itself exceptionally for the cultivation of unique coffee and identity with harvests ranging from March to June.

This coffee in particular is of the Red Bourbon variety, among the best in terms of quality when grown at altitudes above 1500 meters.
The processing is natural, once harvested the ripe cherry is placed on african beds, in particular the drying phase is lengthened between three and four weeks to ensure an incredible sweetness and an excellent body to the coffee.
In the cup there is a particularly elastic cream with a fine and compact texture, in the nose we find distinctive notes of dried plum, the taste an extreme sweetness that is reflected in particular in the notes of milk chocolate and dehydrated cherry, the body is dense and syrupy.
