This small family-run plantation is located geographically in the heart of the Amazon rainforest between 1700 and 2000 meters.

Founded in 1941 taking its name from the founder Santos, it has always focused on growing quality coffee and in recent years especially special coffees by cultivating varieties such as: Caturra, Catuai, Geisha, Pacas, Pacamara.

In the plantations it is easy to find a rich biodiversity by associating with coffee plantations banana, cocoa and pineapple. The processes are mainly micro-lots with different processes, mainly honey, black honey and natural.

This micro-lot in particular has a natural processing of two varieties Caturra and Catuai, after harvesting the cherries are placed on raised beds in greenhouses at a temperature controlled of 30 degrees making the drying homogeneous.

The cup will present itself with a rich and syrupy body with aromas related to amaretto and hints of white chocolate and cherries in syrup.
