A new challenge is coming for our trainer barista Fabio Dotti, already World Champion of Italian Espresso.
On the 23th of January Fabio will be at Sigep Rimini Fabio will compete in the final of the Italian Cup Tasting Champion.
In this competition the competitors will demonstrate their ability to distinguish the differences in taste between different Specialty Coffee cups. Using taste and smell and applying all their attention and experience, competitors must identify in the shortest possible time the cup containing a coffee with a different taste in a set consisting of 3 cups. For each round 8 sets of 3 cups will be placed on the table.
