THE ITALIAN ESPRESSO CHAMPION PASSES THROUGH AGUST
On the 15th of April 2018 will tale place one of the stage of the Italian Espresso Champion 2018, from 2pm at Agust Coffee, organized by Vibiemme, in collaboration with Agust.
This stage will be the only one that will see the special presence of Fabio Dotti, the current Italian Expresso World Champion and trainer at Agust Coffee.
Espresso Italiano Champion is the barista competition organized by the Italian Espresso National Institute (Inei). In eleven minutes the competitors have to dial in the grinding and prepare four Italian espressos and four Italian cappuccinos. Two technical judges evaluate their perfomance and four sensory judges from the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (Iiac) blindly assess the quality of the espressos and of the cappuccinos.
